V Seti

Terms of Use

Version of 20 August 2026.

1. What the service is

V Seti is an app with a single switch. When it is on, some services go out through our node and all other traffic goes direct and stays unchanged. Which services those are is defined in the app and changes over time: we add and remove entries as the services themselves change.

It is a routing tool. It does not promise or provide anything beyond what is described — which apps take which path out to the internet. Everything else, including what happens inside the services themselves, is outside our control.

2. Your account

No account is needed to start: the app generates a key on the device and begins working — with the full set of services for the first seven days, and on the free tier after that. An account exists so a paid tier can move to another device or be recovered. On iPhone that is Sign in with Apple; on Android it is the device key plus a one-time recovery code shown once.

Keep that recovery code yourself. We hold only its hash and cannot reconstruct the original — which is a direct consequence of not storing more than we need.

3. Acceptable use

Use the service in line with the law that applies to you. You may not:

We may suspend or close an account used that way. It is better to say plainly how that works: we cannot see the contents of your traffic and we keep no per-user record of connections, so we learn about abuse mostly from complaints sent to whoever owns the address, and from the state of the node itself. That makes the instrument a blunt one — up to taking an address out of service entirely — and if it caught you by mistake, write to us: we will sort it out and refund you.

4. Tiers, trial and cancellation

Prices are stated in rubles. We may change them for future periods with at least 30 days' notice; a period already paid for is unaffected.

5. Invitations

If someone you invited pays for their first month, you both receive 30 days of Plus. The credit is granted once per person, only after the payment clears, and not for accounts created for yourself or in bulk.

6. Availability, and what we cannot promise

The service is provided as is. We work to keep it running continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or any particular speed: the route crosses networks we do not operate.

Explicitly: we do not promise that the route will come up on every network at every moment. The state of a mobile network is not ours to command, and there are times when the app cannot confirm the route. When that happens it says so plainly and does not show a green dot — an indicator that cannot tell the two states apart is worse than no indicator. On fixed-line and Wi-Fi connections this happens noticeably less.

The set of services, the nodes, ports and addresses may change without prior notice. That is normal operation, not a change to these terms.

7. Ending the agreement

You can delete your account at any time inside the app. We may close it for a breach of section 3 or for non-payment. If we shut the service down, we stop charging first and announce second, and we refund the unused paid balance.

8. Liability

To the extent the applicable law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid over the previous 12 months. We are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, or data loss on the side of the services you connect to. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes to these terms

We show material changes in the app before they take effect and update the date at the top. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new version.

10. Contact

support@vseti.io. We read everything that arrives and answer it ourselves — no autoresponders, no queue.
